Having lived in the Attleboro area all my life, it made sense to hold Real Estate licenses in both Massachusetts and Rhode Island, with North Attleboro being within 10 miles of the RI /Mass Borders. I have had the pleasure to work with Cheryl Walsh since 2003. She is a broker who instills encouragement, enthusiasm and excitement in every undertaking. Education is a priority within the office, we gain knowledge by taking classes and by sharing Real Estate, and life experiences at the office. A proud member of the National Association of Realtors, Greater Boston Real Estate Board and the Massachusetts Association of Realtors, keeps me current in the knowledge that each of these boards provides to its members. Recently, I attended classes to become certified in LMC (Loss Mitigation Certification), a CBR (Certified Buyer Agent) and GRI (Graduate of Realtors Institute). These designations are earned through many hours in the classroom. Devoting full time as a Realtor is a commitment that I strongly believe in. Being available to both Sellers and Buyers, to work with them when they are available is crucial to the Realtor/Client relationship. In any market, it is important to stay on top of the changes in the market. Buyers and Sellers are looking for the right fit, to make a change in their life. I am blessed to have 2 grown children. They are prior students of the North Attleboro Public Schools and Bishop Feehan High School, Attleboro, MA. Both were educated in colleges here in Massachusetts. Each spring, North Attleboro is host to the American Cancer Society Relay for Life, held at the high school. If you stop by on a Friday night, when the event begins, you will most likely see me volunteering. This is something I have enjoyed doing since 2000.
